The Southwest Suburban Denver Water & Sanitation District is a local governmental entity formed in 1981 under Colorado law for the purpose of supplying water and sanitary sewer services. The District serves the Governors Ranch and Foothill Greens area as well as many of the commercial properties on the south side of Belleview and the north side along Bowles Avenue between Simms and Kipling. The District maintains its own sewer lines and mains. The District has contracted with Denver Water to provide water service to your home. It has also contracted with the Metro Water Recovery District.
